We take pride in producing high quality products. Scottish Mountain Gear offer a lifetime warranty to the original owner of our Cuillin Rucksacks against defects in materials, components and workmanship.
In the unlikely event our product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it without charge at our discretion.
Please note our warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, airline mishandling, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colours and materials over extended time and use.
Please retain your original receipt as this will be required in the event of a warranty claim.
For products that have experienced heavy use or are not covered under our warranty, we offer a comprehensive after sales maintenance service.
For hygiene reasons and for the protection of our repair equipment, please make sure that products sent to us for repair are clean and dry. Please also ensure all pockets have been emptied.
